Digital Marketing & MarTech Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Communications & Technical Marketing Specialist to own and improve our digital marketing infrastructure. The role blends technical expertise with hands‑on execution of data‑driven campaigns that boost brand visibility, generate leads, and engage customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company website on WordPress, including updates, content optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies: keyword research, on‑page optimization, metadata, and technical SEO.
• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms, managing journeys, segmentation, and automation workflows.
• Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns (paid and organic) with audience targeting and A/B testing.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as website traffic, SEO performance, email engagement, and lead generation; create dashboards and reports.
• Maintain integrations between WordPress, CRM, and marketing automation tools; ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and data management.
• Collaborate with Sales and creative teams to improve lead management, landing pages, forms, and digital assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, technical marketing, or marketing operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
