Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join a dynamic Australian company on a fully remote basis. You will lead digital initiatives, produce visual content, manage multiple websites and support business growth through lead generation and campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing assets such as newsletters, EDMs, social media graphics, presentations and proposals using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Plan and maintain social media content calendars, craft engaging posts and drive audience growth.
• Edit videos and produce digital content for social platforms and websites.
• Maintain and update WordPress sites, improve UX and apply SEO best practices.
• Support SEO activities, including metadata updates and website optimisation.
• Design, execute and monitor email marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Assist with event marketing, managing booking pages and promotional materials.
• Conduct lead‑generation research, build marketing pipelines and keep digital assets current across online directories.
• Provide general marketing and administrative support for proposals, tenders and mailbox coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Experience working with Australian clients is highly desirable.
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design, campaign work or digital content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
