Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior digital marketing leader to design and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that boosts brand awareness, generates qualified leads, and drives measurable business growth across multiple channels. The role will own the end‑to‑end planning, performance management and optimisation of all digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Set annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans, define KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns including paid advertising, SEO, email, website and content.
• Manage customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion and retention programmes.
• Lead a team of specialists, freelancers and agencies, delegating execution while maintaining accountability for results.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, developers, sales and external partners to ensure seamless workflow.
• Own the digital marketing budget, allocate spend based on ROI expectations and monitor performance metrics.
• Present regular performance reports, insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and collaborate with sales and customer success to improve the customer journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to define KPIs, interpret data and optimise spend.
• Experience managing budgets and leading cross‑functional teams or external agencies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
