Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to own and drive our marketing and branding strategy. This role goes beyond social media management, focusing on building end‑to‑end marketing systems, launching multi‑channel campaigns, and supporting overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing and branding strategy.
• Create, launch, and continuously optimise campaigns across digital, social, email and outbound channels.
• Design and implement marketing workflows, processes and automation to scale growth.
• Manage company social media pages, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Lead content strategy and oversee creation for blogs, newsletters, videos and other platforms.
• Run outbound lead‑generation initiatives and email marketing programmes.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce regular reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Research market trends, competitors and industry opportunities to enhance effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or Digital Marketing role.
• Self‑starter capable of building marketing processes from scratch.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
