Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to grow and elevate our social media management services. You will manage both client and company accounts, ensuring they stay active, engaging, and ahead of industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Develop and maintain consistent posting schedules for client and company profiles.
• Create engaging captions, hooks, and copy tailored to each platform.
• Monitor community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and keep accounts responsive.
• Track performance metrics, produce regular reports with insights, and recommend optimisations.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand voice and client goals.
• Produce or coordinate high‑quality visual and written content, including graphics, reels, carousels, and short‑form videos.
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging AI tools.
• Identify and integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, etc.) to streamline content creation and improve efficiency.
• Support promotion of our social media management services and contribute to lead‑generation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Proficiency in AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and Jasper.
