Digital Marketing Junior Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Junior Strategist to lead and develop brand and performance marketing plans across multiple brands. You will work closely with business and marketing teams to design, launch, and evaluate campaigns on a variety of digital platforms, ensuring each brand reaches its specific audience and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital media plans tailored to each brand’s target market and business goals.
• Manage and track digital media budgets to achieve defined objectives.
• Identify media KPIs throughout the consumer journey and optimise campaigns to meet them.
• Negotiate with third‑party digital partners, stay updated on innovations, and test new opportunities.
• Analyse paid media performance, calculate ROI, cost, and other metrics, and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define business questions, build, scale, and measure campaigns across digital channels.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience managing Meta Ads, Google Analytics/Ads, TikTok Ads, and e‑commerce platform advertising (Lazada or Shopee).
• Project‑management experience with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, collaboration and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Passion for data‑driven, customer‑centric marketing.
