Digital Marketing Coordinator (Non-profit)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead email, SMS, social media, and YouTube campaigns for a global humanitarian organization. The position is fully remote, offering high autonomy and the chance to directly support life‑saving aid programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch end‑to‑end email campaigns using a CRM‑based platform.
• Plan, schedule, and manage SMS outreach.
• Create and publish social media content via Hootsuite or similar tools.
• Upload, organize, and optimize video assets on YouTube.
• Serve as primary liaison with an external digital agency.
• Monitor campaign launches to ensure timely and accurate asset deployment.
• Extract and analyze performance data across email, SMS, and social channels.
• Quality‑assure all content and assets before publication.
• Handle social media inbox inquiries and triage responses.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Proven track record executing email marketing campaigns from setup to QA.
• Experience managing simultaneous campaigns across at least three channels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable coordinating with external agencies.
• Excellent written English; nonprofit or mission‑driven experience is a plus.

Required skills

• HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo or similar CRM‑based email platforms.
• Hootsuite or comparable social‑media scheduling tools.
• SMS marketing platform (unspecified).
