Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

Smartsourcing is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support the planning, creation, and publishing of digital content across social media and email campaigns. You will craft compelling graphics and video, experiment with campaign ideas, and help manage the brand’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and results‑driven marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality written, graphic, and video content that follows brand guidelines.
• Develop and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and email on a regular cadence.
• Use AI‑assisted tools and design platforms (Canva, CapCut, ContentIn) to streamline production and repurpose assets.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
• Manage day‑to‑day posting, monitor performance metrics, and report trends.
• Experiment with formats, posting times, and messaging to identify high‑performing content.
• Engage with community comments and messages in a brand‑aligned manner.
• Draft, design, and schedule email campaigns; build LinkedIn outreach sequences and sponsored content.
• Track open rates, click‑through rates, and conversions while ensuring CAN‑SPAM and GDPR compliance.
• Propose and run A/B tests, compile performance dashboards, and present insights.
• Attend internal and client meetings prepared with updates and ideas.
• Support event coordination and collaborate with the Account Manager on priorities.
