Digital Marketing Assistant – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

GrowthAssistant is seeking a detail‑oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support a high‑volume DTC subscription brand. The role is fully remote and focuses on email campaign execution, quality assurance, and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and QA marketing emails in Iterable using drag‑and‑drop editors and HTML template edits.
• Host and organize image assets in AWS, verify all links and assets before send.
• Pull campaign performance data from Mixpanel and Looker, and maintain templated Google Sheets reports.
• Follow established SOPs for campaign builds, QA, and reporting, escalating any discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate with internal teams via Slack and Gmail, and support ad‑hoc analytics or marketing tasks as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience managing email campaigns in Iterable or a comparable ESP (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Basic to intermediate HTML skills for editing existing email templates.
• Experience using Mixpanel, Looker, and strong proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Highly organized, detail‑focused, and reliable, with availability during PST business hours.
• Familiarity with AWS for image hosting (training can be provided).
