Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

TalentPop, a fast‑growing e‑commerce company, is seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to work remotely. You will help improve online visibility, craft engaging content, and support key marketing initiatives across our Shopify store and other marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email marketing content and newsletters to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Support and execute on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Collect, analyze, and report on campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., email open rates, website traffic, conversions).
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify new marketing trends.
• Help manage and update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor marketing activities and assist in implementing new digital marketing tactics across various channels.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting digital marketing or content creation, preferably in an e‑commerce environment.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, brand‑consistent copy.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
