Digital Marketing Analyst

About the role

The Digital Marketing Analyst will serve as the online focal point for TRT’s strategic growth, leading email campaigns, marketing automation and brand messaging across all digital platforms. You will collaborate with operational leaders and third‑party partners to drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the department budget and lead a digital marketing team.
• Produce KPI dashboards and monthly cross‑channel performance reports with actionable insights.
• Develop conversion‑optimization strategies to improve ROI.
• Implement tracking using Google Tag Manager across marketing initiatives.
• Benchmark performance, advise on KPIs and report on key metrics.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys and multi‑channel attribution.
• Identify innovative methodologies and enhance analytical procedures.
• Work daily with tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B.
• Proven change‑management, stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
• Strong oral and written communication, able to present to senior leadership.
• Ability to work in ambiguity, take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
• Experience leading and motivating teams of three or more.
• Strategic and innovative thinking.
