Digital Marketer (20 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketer to work 20 hours per week, supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms. The role reports to the marketing lead and collaborates closely with clients to drive brand awareness and measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Organise marketing initiatives and events that enhance brand visibility.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok and additional social media channels.
• Analyse daily performance metrics, generate reports and communicate KPIs to stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses and provide insights for campaign improvement.
• Conduct market research to uncover new promotion opportunities.
• Prepare compelling ad copy and content to increase conversion rates.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging platforms.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and paid‑media techniques.
• Experience managing Google Ads and Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Good understanding of market‑research methods, statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and communication abilities.
• Creative, commercially aware and able to work independently with limited supervision.
