Digital Marketer – 20 hrs/week

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketer to work 20 hours per week, supporting the implementation of our marketing strategies and driving paid media performance across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of overall marketing strategies.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, TikTok and other social media channels.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate daily KPI reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses and collaborate with clients on financial planning.
• Conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities and stay current with industry trends.
• Create compelling ad copy and content to improve conversion rates.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks and see initiatives through to completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
• Experience managing Google Ads and Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Good understanding of market research, statistical analysis and data‑driven decision making.
• Proficiency with MS Office and marketing/CRM software.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, commercially aware and able to work independently with limited supervision.
