Digital Marketer (20 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketer to work 20 hours per week on a PST schedule. You will help shape and execute our online marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and conversion across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Organise marketing initiatives and events to raise brand awareness.
• Plan, execute, manage and optimise advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and KPIs, producing daily reports and identifying growth opportunities.
• Communicate KPI results to stakeholders and evaluate venture success.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging platforms.
• Create engaging ad copy and content to boost conversion rates.
• Conduct market research to identify promotional opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients on budget preparation and expense monitoring.
• Perform other ad‑hoc marketing tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Good understanding of market research, statistical and data analysis methods.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
• Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Creative, commercially aware and customer‑oriented team player.
• Self‑disciplined and able to work with limited supervision.
