Digital Literacy Teacher (Computer/ICT)

About the role

Everest Academy Nuvali is seeking a full‑time Digital Literacy Teacher to deliver engaging computer and ICT lessons to students in Calamba. The role focuses on building responsible technology use, online safety, basic coding concepts, productivity tools, and information literacy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate digital literacy lessons across the curriculum.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and maintain accurate progress records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate digital skills into other subjects.
• Update teaching materials to reflect current technologies and best practices.
• Communicate regularly with families and staff about student learning.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and curriculum improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in education and classroom instruction.
• Experience designing lesson plans for varied age groups.
• Excellent communication skills for students, colleagues, and families.
• Background in training learners on digital tools and responsible technology use.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or related field; teaching license preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Calamba and engage actively in the school community.
