Digital Growth Specialist (SEO, Website & Organic)

About the role

The Digital Growth Specialist will own and expand the company’s online presence through strategic website management, SEO, and organic content. The role aims to generate qualified leads, boost website performance, and increase brand visibility using data‑driven digital marketing tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company WordPress website, including landing pages and content updates.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, organic traffic, and site indexing.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise on‑page elements for better visibility.
• Monitor and enhance website speed, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Handle technical SEO tasks such as site structure, indexing, and fixing broken links.
• Create SEO‑driven content including blogs, case studies, and landing pages.
• Manage organic social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) and schedule campaign‑aligned posts.
• Analyse website and campaign performance, producing regular reports.
• Support local SEO initiatives and location‑based marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing WordPress websites.
• Proven knowledge of SEO, technical SEO, and content optimisation.
• Understanding of website performance, UX/UI, and responsive design.
• Experience handling organic social media platforms.
• Excellent written communication and content creation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and results‑driven.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
