Digital Growth Lead – B2B Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are an Australian B2B company expanding globally and launching our first marketing hub in BGC, Taguig. As the Digital Growth Lead, you will be the third member of the new Marketing & Brand team, reporting to the on‑shore Senior Marketing and Brand Manager. You will own and revitalize our digital presence in the Philippines, turning low‑performing assets into high‑impact growth channels.

Key responsibilities

• Audit, overhaul, and accelerate growth of existing digital channels, especially the corporate website and LinkedIn.
• Implement and manage SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to maximise visibility on Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI search platforms.
• Design, launch and optimise automated email campaigns, lead‑nurturing workflows and segmented newsletters.
• Monitor performance metrics, traffic acquisition costs and conversion rates, providing regular reports and data‑driven recommendations.
• Take full ownership of the end‑to‑end digital marketing stack, building automation and reporting infrastructure from scratch.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of performance or B2B growth marketing experience, preferably targeting AU or US enterprise markets.
• Highly analytical, execution‑oriented and comfortable fixing broken systems.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Content Management Systems such as WordPress or Webflow.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Hands‑on experience with technical SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush).
