Dialer – US Sales Team (Outbound Calls)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Dialer to join our US Sales Team. The role focuses on making high‑volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers using an automated dialing system, supporting our staffing and staff‑augmentation services.

Key responsibilities

• Cold call prospects, generate and qualify leads while maintaining a professional approach.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospects to nurture relationships.
• Promote direct‑hire and staff‑augmentation solutions, clearly communicating value.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends to share relevant insights with prospects.
• Adhere to scripts, company policies, and outbound‑call regulations.
• Achieve call, sales, and revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or call‑center roles targeting US companies.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong persuasion skills.
• Competitive, goal‑oriented mindset with resilience to handle rejection.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build rapport.
• Effective multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Comfort using automated dialing software.
