About the role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer L3 to join our engineering team in Ortigas, Philippines. The role focuses on designing, implementing and managing scalable CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure and container platforms while ensuring security and reliability in enterprise‑grade production environments.

Key responsibilities

Design, build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Manage and optimise cloud environments across AWS, Azure or GCP.
Deploy, operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerised applications.
Implement configuration management and deployment automation.
Monitor application and infrastructure performance with observability tools.
Ensure high availability, scalability and disaster‑recovery readiness.
Collaborate with development, QA, security and infrastructure teams.
Apply DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning and compliance.
Investigate production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and reduce manual operational effort.
Document architecture, deployment procedures and operational runbooks.

Required profile

6–9+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
Strong Linux administration background.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
Proven ability to work in 24x7 enterprise production environments.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
