DevOps Engineer L2 – Automation & CI/CD

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer L2 to partner with application teams and developers, driving automation and seamless integration across the software lifecycle. The role focuses on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) to improve coordination between operations, development, and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute the DevOps pipeline covering planning, coding, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
• Manage IT infrastructure required for supported software code.
• On‑board applications onto DevOps tools and configure them per client requirements.
• Create and manage user access workflows following defined processes.
• Customize and engineer DevOps tools based on client specifications.
• Collaborate with developers to write scripts that connect code, operating systems, and production infrastructure.
• Automate testing and deployment using DevOps tooling.
• Provide timely support to internal and external customers, resolve tickets within defined TAT, and follow escalation procedures when needed.
• Troubleshoot and perform root‑cause analysis for critical or recurring issues.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
