DevOps Engineer (DevEx)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to scale and secure our Kubernetes‑based production platform. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure reliability, improve automation, and strengthen security across our cloud‑native environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production workloads on on‑premises Kubernetes clusters and Amazon EKS.
• Deploy, upgrade, and manage applications using Helm or similar tools.
• Support and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, networking, security groups) and implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Maintain high availability, participate in on‑call rotation, and lead incident response and root‑cause analysis.
• Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities in container images, base images, and third‑party libraries.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Promote DevOps and cloud‑native best practices across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience managing production workloads in Kubernetes.
• Experience with Amazon EKS and Helm‑based deployments.
• Proficiency with Docker containerization.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning and remediation workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and scripting ability in Bash or Python.
