DevOps Engineer – CRM Platform Admin

About the role

The CRM Platform Admin ensures the Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure environments run smoothly and support business needs. This role blends DevOps practices with CRM administration to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor D365, Power Platform, and Azure dashboards, performing proactive housekeeping to stay within usage limits.
• Manage license assignments and removals for CRM users.
• Configure new entities, fields, workflows, and integrate D365 with other systems.
• Validate data flow and integration health, generating performance reports.
• Provide admin support for production and non‑production incidents, and maintain CRM environments.
• Provision environments and tools for build teams, and route CRM project tickets to appropriate IT units.
• Deliver required artifacts following the IT SDLC and governance framework.
• Participate in technical training, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience as a system administrator for SaaS applications, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with IT governance, SDLC processes, and ticketing systems.
