DevOps Engineer – AWS & CI/CD (2-3 yrs)

About the role

The DevOps Engineer will join the Platform Engineering team to design, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The focus is on AWS services, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, CI/CD automation, and observability, working closely with software engineers to improve reliability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and automate AWS cloud resources and application delivery pipelines.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Terraform and AWS SAM.
• Support GitOps‑based deployment workflows and configuration management.
• Monitor platform health using Dynatrace, CloudWatch and related observability tools.
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and application issues.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Create and keep technical documentation and runbooks.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as needed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering or a related field.
• Comfortable working with AWS, automation, and modern DevOps practices.
• Eager to learn, collaborative and able to solve operational challenges with moderate guidance.

• AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
• GitHub Actions for CI/CD
• Terraform
• AWS Serverless Application Model (SAM)
• GitOps principles and Git version control
• Scripting in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript
• Observability tools such as Dynatrace and AWS CloudWatch
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and API integrations
