Detail‑Oriented Accountant – Full Cycle & QuickBooks

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Accountant to manage daily financial transactions and maintain the integrity of our fiscal records. The successful candidate will handle the full accounting cycle, from recording collections to complex reconciliations, while upholding high standards of accuracy and ethics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead systematic recording of daily collections (OR/Receipts) and timely processing of accounts payable (vouchers/checks).
• Conduct monthly aging analysis of receivables and payables and manage expense accruals.
• Validate liquidation reports and supporting documents to ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
• Assist in preparing monthly trial balances and adjusting journal entries.
• Identify bottlenecks in bookkeeping workflow and propose best‑practice improvements.
• Utilize QuickBooks (online or desktop) and other ERP tools to generate financial reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Business Administration with a major in Accounting; strong academic record preferred.
• Approximately 23 years of proven experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, or audit.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot discrepancies and solve complex reconciliation issues independently.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for coordinating with various departments.
• High integrity, transparency, and commitment to professional ethics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QuickBooks (online or desktop).
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
