Deskside Support – IT Deployment & Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Deployment & Onboarding Support Specialist to provide on‑site deskside assistance in Bagumbayan, Quezon City. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software, network and AV issues, ensuring a smooth experience for all users, including VIPs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver deskside support for hardware, software, network and audiovisual problems.
• Manage incidents, service requests, device deployments and asset tracking using ITSM tools.
• Support Microsoft 365, endpoint security, LAN/WAN and meeting‑room technologies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with vendors.
• Provide dedicated support for VIP users and high‑priority requests.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or help‑desk environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to manage assets and follow documentation procedures.
