Demand Planning Officer

About the role

The Demand Planning Officer will support the assigned brand by overseeing demand forecasting, supply ordering and replenishment activities. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will help ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Inventory, Outbound & Inbound Logistics and Merchandising to align demand forecasts with replenishment plans.
• Develop and maintain forecast models using historical sales data and market trends.
• Monitor inventory health, maintain safety stock, and prevent stock‑outs.
• Identify and manage slow‑moving or non‑moving SKUs to keep inventory within target levels.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecast accuracy and related processes.
• Perform ABC analysis to categorize products and optimize budget allocation.
• Design and implement SOPs and process enhancements for demand and replenishment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in demand forecasting and planning.
