Demand Planner

About the role

The Demand Planner will support our supply chain by creating accurate demand forecasts and aligning supply plans with business objectives. Working closely with sales, marketing, customer service and warehouse teams, you will help ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and supply plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Identify demand uncertainties, business risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Present supply status, challenges and recovery plans during S&OP meetings for assigned brands.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across all distribution centers to meet service targets.
• Monitor inventory aging, flag excess stock and ensure product freshness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in demand & supply planning, buying or procurement.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Inquisitive, adaptable and eager to learn beyond core planning duties.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (2 days remote, 3 days onsite) in Banawe, Quezon City.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
