Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the delivery team and monitor performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in standards‑driven or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ISO‑based quality standards or productivity‑tool training.
• Background in large multinational logistics or FMCG environments.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
