Data Scientist – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

As a Data Scientist you will combine hands‑on data work with a focus on automating and improving how implementation services are delivered. You will develop high‑quality data solutions for customers, supporting both Services projects and the Customer Experience business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into detailed Scopes of Work, including time estimates, costing, and implementation steps.
• Contribute to technical enhancements and defect remediation across internal and customer‑facing data and analytics products.
• Develop and optimise data pipelines for performance and reliability, and refine data models with internal teams.
• Create reusable code and libraries while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Work with TechOps and Implementation teams to improve customer onboarding processes.
• Identify and communicate potential problems, risks, and issues early to ensure favourable outcomes.
• Adhere to planning, development, and testing processes aligned with the project cadence.
• Spot automation opportunities for data uploads, configuration, builds, and validation using platform capabilities, AI‑based tools, or purpose‑built solutions.
• Help shape the broader data approach and mentor the wider team through shared learning and improved documentation.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with strong technical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work closely with Implementation Consultants, Technical Consultants, and peer teams.
