Data Scientist

About the role

The company is seeking a Data Scientist to design, build, and maintain robust data models and analytics solutions. The role involves collaborating with business units to understand requirements and ensure high‑quality data delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create and design data models representing data structures.
• Design and implement databases within a DBMS.
• Identify and document data sources, systems, and entities.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract‑Transform‑Load) processes.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Modernize data and analytics systems and processes.
• Ensure data quality and master data management are in place.
• Provide technical support to end‑users.

Required profile

• Graduate in a related IT field (e.g., BS Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ETL design and data‑warehouse modeling.
• Ability to pass a technical interview/examination administered by BSP.
• Strong presentation skills for both small and large audiences.
• Analytical mindset with good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• At least 3 years of experience for senior‑level responsibilities.
