Data Entry Specialist – Clinical Research

About the role

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support clinical research studies across multiple sites. The role is remote and focuses on ensuring accurate entry and maintenance of trial data, contributing to high-quality research outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain clinical trial data in company databases, CTMS and EDC systems.
• Review study documentation for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with data quality assurance, query resolution and discrepancy reporting.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinators, investigators and regulatory staff to support study execution.
• Track study visits, subject information and research documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with GCP, sponsor requirements and applicable regulations.
• Support process-improvement initiatives related to data workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in clinical research, preferably as a coordinator or research assistant.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Conversational English proficiency.
