Data Analyst

About the role

The organization is seeking a Data Analyst to lead enterprise‑wide data analysis and reporting initiatives across multiple business units. You will partner with leaders to define strategic KPIs, build executive dashboards, and drive data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions.
• Define data models, reporting standards, and governance best practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategic KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Perform advanced analytics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Lead reporting automation, data quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present insights and recommendations to executives and key stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Data Analysts and establish analytics standards.
• Work with Data Engineers, BI teams, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise analytics solutions.
• Oversee production reporting, resolve complex data issues, and drive strategic analytics decisions.

Required profile

• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Query.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for data visualization and dashboard development.
• Background in KPI development, business reporting, data validation, and data cleansing.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data‑warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Certified Data Analyst, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, Google Professional Data Engineer, Scrum Foundations).
