Data Analyst – Hybrid (Cagayan De Oro)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Data Analyst to join its Cagayan De Oro team on a hybrid basis. You will turn large, complex data sets into clear insights that drive business decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports using visualization tools to support decision‑making.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through quality checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

Required skills

• Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Python or R for data analysis.
• Statistical analysis and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud‑based data platforms.
• Experience working in Agile or cross‑functional environments.
