Data Analyst – Business Insights & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to turn large volumes of data into actionable insights that drive growth. The role supports e‑commerce, subscription, and digital marketing businesses by delivering clear reports and visualizations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and manage data from internal systems such as CRM, POS and website analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency while maintaining databases or data warehouses.
• Clean and preprocess raw data for analysis.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and optimization opportunities.
• Perform statistical analysis and compare historical with current performance metrics.
• Create dashboards, visualizations and regular/ad‑hoc reports for management and clients.
• Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs and support data‑driven strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
