Cyber Security Technical Lead

About the role

Globe is seeking a Cyber Security Technical Lead to drive the technical delivery of security projects. The role will ensure solutions are deployed on time, within scope and budget while upholding the highest security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of cyber security project deployments, making key decisions on infrastructure, tooling and threat‑prevention platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers and vendors to resolve technical issues and track progress of security‑related tasks.
• Design, implement and maintain resilient on‑premise or cloud security architectures that meet performance, scalability and compliance requirements.
• Automate provisioning, configuration management and incident‑response processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual error.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, security policies and incident‑response plans.
• Ensure all configurations comply with internal security standards, regulatory frameworks and project lifecycle guidelines.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in cyber security implementation and project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of network security components such as firewalls and IDS/IPS.
• Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and cloud/on‑premise security architectures.
• Understanding of security frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or a related field.
