Cyber Security Analyst – Firewall (L4)

About the role

The Cyber Security Analyst (L4) will focus on firewall management, migration and monitoring to protect the bank’s network environment. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure secure and compliant network operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and deploy firewall policies on Fortigate and ASA platforms.
• Lead firewall application migration projects and ensure smooth transition of services.
• Monitor security logs, detect intrusions, and perform forensic analysis of incidents.
• Conduct risk assessments, root‑cause analysis and provide remediation recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors and audit teams to meet compliance standards.
• Document configurations, create knowledge‑transfer materials and hand over to operations.
• Participate in 24x7 rotational on‑call shifts to handle escalated security incidents.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in network security and firewall management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Relevant certifications in networking or firewall technologies.
