Customer Success Relationship Manager

About the role

The Customer Success Relationship Manager will drive revenue growth within Asticom’s existing client portfolio. This quota‑carrying, front‑line commercial role focuses on farming accounts, uncovering upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and positioning Asticom as the preferred partner across engineering, BPO, IT managed services and staffing verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts to expand headcount, project streams and service lines.
• Promote and sell Asticom’s full suite of services, including engineering, IT managed services, digital solutions, BPO, staffing and project‑based outsourcing.
• Serve as the primary commercial advisor to C‑level executives, establishing regular business development touchpoints and executive alignments.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Operations Manager to align commercial goals with operational KPIs, contract renewals and risk mitigation.
• Lead end‑to‑end deal processes: proposal creation, pricing strategy, negotiations and contract closure.
• Maintain an accurate, qualified sales pipeline in the corporate CRM and provide reliable monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
• Monitor market and competitor activity to surface client challenges and inform proactive solution design.
