Customer Success Account Manager – Graduate Role

About the role

Join Microsoft as a Customer Success Account Manager in a graduate program designed for fresh talent. You will build foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals, helping them achieve business outcomes through Microsoft solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply customer, partner and internal stakeholder engagement models.
• Support and grow relationships with key technical stakeholders.
• Guide conversations that align customer business objectives with Microsoft investments.
• Develop technical aptitude and industry awareness to translate interactions into measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with the account team to align Customer Success Plans with overall account priorities.
• Identify and mitigate customer blockers by leveraging Microsoft solutions and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 1 year of work or internship experience in customer success, solution delivery, consulting, practice or portfolio management, or equivalent experience.
