Customer Service Representative – Travel Account (Call Center)

About the role

The Travel Account Customer Service Representative will handle airline ticketing, hotel reservations and itinerary changes for customers in the Philippines. You will work in a busy call‑center environment, providing accurate travel information and resolving issues quickly. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh high‑school graduates who are eager to start a career in the travel and BPO industry.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat or email regarding flight bookings, hotel reservations, cancellations and itinerary modifications.
• Provide up‑to‑date travel schedules, policies and pricing information.
• Document all interactions accurately in the internal system.
• Escalate complex travel issues to the appropriate specialist team.
• Meet daily quality, productivity and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Adhere to shifting work schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays.

Required profile

• High School or Senior High School graduate (college education is a plus).
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer‑service orientation with a genuine interest in travel.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask.
