Customer Service Representative – Specialty Pharmacy & Infusion Therapy

About the role

This position provides customer support for members using a specialty pharmacy and infusion therapy service for complex chronic conditions. The representative delivers accurate information, assists with medication delivery, and guides customers on therapy management and side‑effect handling.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and assistance while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns through effective problem‑solving and clear communication.
• Document customer interactions and update records using company systems.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain professionalism while handling inquiries in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• College graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience (voice or non‑voice, local or international accounts).
• Completed at least two years of college education.
• Above‑average English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, and comprehension skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
