About the role

Atain is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join its luxury hotel team in Iloilo. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, delivering high‑quality service and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Investigate and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel’s products and services.
• Maintain detailed, organized records of all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of customer‑service processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Senior High School graduate or college graduate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving processes.
• Ready to work onsite in Pavia, Iloilo City.
