Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused individual to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and help ensure an outstanding experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professional­ly.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow company policies and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
