Customer Service Representative

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join its onsite team in Cagayan De Oro City. You will act as the primary point of contact for corporate stores and associates, ensuring smooth product availability and order fulfillment while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to corporate stores and associates regarding product availability and order status.
• Partner with vendor consultants to research and suggest suitable substitutions for unavailable or back‑ordered products.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including optical labs and distribution centers, to track shipment progress.
• Negotiate win‑win resolutions for store issues while maintaining composure under high‑pressure situations.
• Participate in cross‑departmental projects aimed at improving supply chain communication and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service environment; call‑center experience highly preferred.
• High School diploma required (college degree preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes extended business hours and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer multitasking.
• Basic knowledge of optics (lens types, frames, eyewear terminology).
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
