Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing sales and purchase orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing timely support to customers throughout the order lifecycle. This role works closely with the warehouse, finance, and other internal teams to guarantee smooth delivery and payment collection.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and encode sales and purchase orders into the system.
• Seek necessary approvals and provide documentation for fast order processing.
• Monitor and follow up on customer payments and accounts receivable.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, accounts, deliveries, and complaints.
• Generate and review reports such as sales order monitoring, inventory, and complaints.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for delivery schedules and special instructions.
• Validate returned invoices and handle rejection reasons.
• Adhere to established policies, timelines, cut‑offs, and lead times.

Required profile

• College graduate.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer‑centric attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Saturday in Paranaque City.
