Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing US‑based business remotely. You will be the first point of contact for our diverse client base, helping to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information on product details, pricing, and availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs.
• Perform data entry across multiple platforms.
• Handle various administrative tasks.
• Work during United States business hours.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Sales or customer‑facing experience.
• Typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
• 1‑5 years of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM tools.
• Strong phone etiquette and written communication.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
• Quiet remote‑work environment with a second monitor, fast computer, and backup power.
