Customer Service Representative – Entry Level

About the role

This full-time, non-voice customer service position is based at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. You will handle customer inquiries and issues primarily through email and chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and occasional calls.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Document all interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and relay feedback to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective case resolution.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and quality standards.
