Customer Service Representative – Early Morning Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our South Pacific customers. The role involves handling order placement, inquiries, complaints, and providing product and account information on an early‑morning shift.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, process and ensure orders are accurately created in SAP.
• Identify, record and own customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Minimize dissatisfaction by meeting agreed response times.
• Build and maintain positive relationships to foster customer loyalty.
• Utilize SAP and CRM functions to maintain the customer master database and capture all inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to support seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Graduate of a four‑year business‑related degree.
• Relevant experience in customer service and account management.
• Strong negotiation skills capable of representing the business in major customer issues.
• Understanding of the order‑to‑cash process.
