Customer Service Executive

About the role

HSBC is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join its Global Service Center. In this role you will manage high‑volume customer transactions and support the delivery of sophisticated liquidity products to corporate and investment banking clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Process complex customer transactions accurately and in line with established policies.
• Prioritise and execute daily tasks, ensuring compliance with money‑laundering and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve irregular transactions, escalating material risks through defined governance channels.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing, functional regression and production verification testing for liquidity solutions.
• Provide incident and management information (MI) support, and resolve enquiries promptly.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a supportive, people‑centric work environment and build professional relationships across functions.
