Customer Management and Administrative Trainer

About the role

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Customer Management and Administrative Trainer to join the Dealer Operations Department. The role focuses on elevating dealer aftersales capability through structured learning programs, certification activities, and hands‑on training support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consistent aftersales training across the dealer network to ensure service excellence.
• Design, implement and monitor training programs, certification exams and practical skills assessments.
• Maintain accurate training records, learning systems and hands‑on facilities.
• Lead the Toyota Technical Education Program, overseeing scheduling, execution and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental training initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with TDSS standards, tracking participation, completion and training quality.

Required profile

• Graduate of a business‑related degree (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Marketing).
• Strong communication skills, able to convey information clearly to individuals and groups.
• Ability to engage audiences and facilitate learning retention.

Required skills

• Experience with training delivery, both classroom and e‑learning formats.
• Familiarity with training record‑keeping and learning management systems.
• Knowledge of automotive aftersales processes and dealer standards.
