Customer Experience (CX) Analyst

About the role

As a Customer Experience (CX) Analyst at Maya, you will use data‑driven insights to shape product strategies, improve user experience, and support business growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn raw data into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers and business units to define, track and evaluate key performance metrics.
• Extract, clean and present data to investigate existing features and explore new opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports that communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Analyze user behavior and product usage to identify trends, pain points and enhancement opportunities.
• Prioritize and validate product features with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor post‑launch performance of new features and recommend optimisations.
• Maintain accurate tracking systems to ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in product analytics or data analysis.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
